We serve over 500 youth each year and are constantly in need of items for our programs and apartments. Here is a list of some of the items we presently need.

Donate a Car
What would you do if you didn't have a car? How would you get to work, go to school, or keep medical appointments if you didn't have a car. Now, picture yourself as a young adult who spent most of his/her life in foster care. You have no parents to help you get your first automobile. You have a job that pays little more than minimum wage because you're just starting out on life's journey. You may also be attending school or part-time work. How do you meet your obligations without reliable transportation?Vita Nova is the only program of its kind in South Florida that provides a way for youth living in transition to "earn" a used car. When a Vita Nova resident consistently displays responsible behavior and good performance at school and at work, he / she becomes eligible to receive the gift of a reliable used car as they prepare to leave Vita Nova for their first experience of independent living.
Vita Nova Village is actively seeking the donation of used cars from area residents who are contemplating the purchase of a new car and realize that "Old Nellie" is more valuable as a donation than as a trade-in. In addition to receiving a tax deduction, you'll feel great that your donation will go directly to a young person who is in real need.

THROW A BASH
The next time you host a party or celebrate a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, birth,), consider asking your guests and loved ones to make a donation in your name to Vita Nova. How many times have you been asked "what can I get you" or "what do you need?" This is a wonderful way to memorialize your special occasion. You generosity will be celebrated by our residents and staff long after the part is over.
EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE MATCHING
If you are a Palm Beach County business owner in need of entry-to-mid level workers, allow Vita Nova Village to match you with one of our residents. CASUAL FOR THE CAUSE
If you and your company participate in "Dress Down Days," please consider Vita Nova as a recipient of your generosity, In addition, if you, your company or other businesses you know participate in after-work fundraisers (chili cook-offs, baseball tournaments, motorcycle runs, etc.), please consider Vita Nova. Our staff would be happy to make a presentation in advance of the designated employee-supported fundraising day and provide tours at our on-site campus.
